2. About these Terms

By using our website, contacting us, or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

3. Bookings

  • A booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit (or full payment where applicable) and you have received a booking confirmation.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate booking details (including guest count and pickup details if requested).
  • Tour itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, safety, accessibility, local conditions, or operational requirements.

4. Prices and payments

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
  • We may offer optional extras. Where selected, these will be added to your booking total.

5. Deposits and balance payments

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable.

Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the tour date.

If the balance is not paid by the due date, we may (at our discretion) treat the booking as cancelled and release the reserved date(s). In such cases, the deposit remains non-refundable.

6. Cancellations by you

  • If you cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Any additional amounts paid (beyond the deposit) may be refundable depending on the timing and circumstances of cancellation, subject to our review and any direct costs already incurred. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at hello@outlandishexperience.co.uk.

7. Changes by you

If you need to request changes (date, guest count, pickup details), contact us. Changes are subject to availability and operational feasibility. Price differences may apply.

8. Cancellations or changes by us

In rare cases we may need to cancel or materially change a tour due to safety, severe weather, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control. Where this happens, we will contact you and aim to offer an alternative date or solution where possible.

9. Health, safety, and conduct

  • You must follow guide instructions and behave responsibly. We may refuse service or remove a participant if their behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to participate and for notifying us of any relevant mobility or medical considerations that may affect the tour.

10. Liability

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that are indirect, consequential, or outside our reasonable control.

11. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
